Use of Facebook social plugins

Our website uses social plugins (“plugins”) from the social network facebook.com, which is operated by Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA (“Facebook”). The plugins can be recognized by one of the Facebook logos (white "f" on a blue tile or a "thumbs up" sign) or are marked with the addition "Facebook Social Plugin". The list and the appearance of the Facebook social plugins can be viewed here:   http://developers.facebook.com/plugins.

When you visit a website on our website that contains such a plugin, your browser establishes a direct connection to the Facebook servers. The content of the plugin is transmitted from Facebook directly to your browser, which integrates it into the website. We therefore have no influence on the amount of data that Facebook collects with the help of this plugin and therefore inform you according to our Knowledge:

By integrating the plugins, Facebook receives the information that you have accessed the corresponding page of our website. If you are logged in to Facebook, Facebook can assign the visit to your Facebook account. If you interact with the plugins, for example by pressing the Like button or leaving a comment, the corresponding information is transmitted from your browser directly to Facebook and stored there. If you are not a member of Facebook, there is still the possibility that Facebook will find out and save your IP address.
For the purpose and scope of the data collection and the further processing and use of the data by Facebook, as well as your rights and setting options for protecting your privacy, please refer to Facebook's data protection information:   http://www.facebook.com/policy.php.

If you are a Facebook member and do not want Facebook to collect data about you via our website and link it to your member data stored on Facebook, you must log out of Facebook before visiting our website.

It is also possible to block Facebook social plugins with add-ons for your browser, for example with theFacebook Blocker“.

Use of Twitter social plugins

Our website contains functions of Twitter Inc., 795 Folsom Street, Suite 600, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. If you use Twitter and in particular the “Re-Tweet” function, Twitter links your Twitter account to the websites you visit. This will be made known to other users on Twitter, especially your followers. Data is also transferred to Twitter in this way. [Nbsp]

We, as the provider of our website, are not informed by Twitter about the content of the transmitted data or the use of data. You can find more information under the following link: http://twitter.com/privacy

However, please note that you have the option of changing your data protection settings on Twitter in your account settings there at http://twitter.com/account/settings.

Use of Google +1 social plugins

Our website contains the Google +1 button. Google +1 is a social network. This is provided by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. With Google +1 you have the opportunity to publish content on the Internet in a personalized way. Google will, however, save information about the content that you clicked on +1. Google will also store information about your visit to the website you have viewed. Your +1 clicks can and will generally be in your +1 profile and in other Google services, e.g. used in the search results of the Google search engine, or otherwise on pages on the Internet or Internet ads.

Google stores information about your activities on Google +1. In order to use the +1 button, you must create a public profile and profile name on Google. Google +1 and all Google services will use your profile name. Your identity behind the profile can be disclosed to all users who are aware of your email address or who have other information that can be used to identify you. [Nbsp]

According to its own information and in compliance with its data protection regulations, Google uses the information you transmit. Google also compiles statistics on activities at Google +1. These may be published and passed on to third parties.
